Beijing Motor Show - MG Zero Supermini Concept

 MG Reveals It's New Concept The MG ZERO At Beijing Motor Show
China-owned MG Group revealed it's new concept car the MG ZERO at the Beijing International Motor Show, as a small-compact concept car. According to them, the MG ZERO concept car are soon to be on the production line for MG Motors under the super-mini segment.

Furthermore, they the MG Group has also revealed that the MG ZERO Super-Mini Concept is likely to be called the MG3 which will be in the market in China first right before they reveal it into the European market. Most likely as early as next year according to them. The MG Zero was developed in the UK by the MG Global Design team - led by British MG Design Director Anthony (Tony) Williams-Kenny, which is based in Birmingham.










MG's release is all about the Zero concept's styling and how it "will appeal to a wide audience across the global market" avoiding any reference to the car's underpinnings and mechanical hardware.
However, when the car enters production next year, it's safe to assume that it will be offered with a range of small displacement naturally aspirated petrol engines, and possibly, a sportier version with a turbocharged inline-four.
