2WD Range Rover Confirmed

Time changes everything... That's the universal words you will hear when people are speechless causing by an inexplicable situation. That's the exact words I said to myself when I came across with this topic today. The legendary British 4WD manufacturer will produce the unthinkable 2WD model on their new compact Range Rover next year. The Range Rover, known as LRX, will also be available on 4WD model. The 2WD model is an option for those who doesn't like the feels from driving a 4WD. Hit the JUMP for more!

"Land Rover has announced that the all-new compact Range Rover will be available in 2WD. This is good news for the company and for our customers. A 2WD option is just one way in which we are developing our vehicles efficiency whilst adding to the Land Rover range and expanding our customer base. We will continue to make the ‘world’s finest all-terrain vehicles’ for those customers who require 4WD but will also now offer an alternative to those that don’t," said Phil Popham, Land Rover managing director.

The LRX will be the most environmental friendly Range Rover ever produced with just emitting less than 130g/km CO2. It is also the lightest and the most fuel-efficient Range Rover ever. For now, just remain on our seat until they reveiled the price tag of the LRX, then only we will have a long discussion if the LRX is a worthy vehicle.
