Six-Wheeler Mercedes Benz Concept
This six-wheeler Mercedes Benz concept vehicle is a design study of an extreme off-road vehicle which combines the six-wheels design and a flexible frame. - Suitable for adventurous people who need to move in extremely difficult condition and terrains. This concept study was designed and brought up by Iranian mechanical engineer, Siyamak Rouhi Dehkordi and features an extreme engineering which was inspired by the jointed structure of insects. - the Hexawheel is capable of overcoming large obstacles thanks to its flexible frame, which is combined with a six-wheels layout and an all-wheel-drive system. It is powered by diesel engine that can hardly power up all the six-wheels by using a dynamic and flexible hydraulic power transmission system.

The main dimension of this Hexawheel is 4.8-meters long, split to two wheelbase - 0.95meters each, and a ground clearance of 46cm. Siyamak Rouhi also stated that, the weight is equally distributed among the three axles.

The frame has two degrees of freedom and is operated with a hydraulic system. - flexible frame and mechanism. While the exterior design uses angular shapes and an industrial look, interpreted for the Mercedes-Benz brand.
